On My Mind: Trust in the Holy Ghost

You know how certain things just seem to jump out at you and grab your attention more than usual?  Well the message that seems to be flashing to get my attention lately that stems from our most recent general conference is: The necessity of the Holy Ghost guiding our lives and how we must TRUST in that spirit and follow it.

The Lord has taught us that the Holy Ghost will be our constant companion when our hearts are full of charity and when virtue garnishes our thoughts unceasingly (see D&C 121:45).

One way that helps virtue garnish my thoughts unceasingly is to Ponderize.  In the October 2015 General Conference we were taught to Ponderize (Memorize 20% and Ponder 80%) a scripture each week.  As we do this the scriptures will be written on our hearts and we will have thoughts filled with virtue.  Controlling our thoughts is so vital.
